Meet the Doctor
Rohini Bajaj, DDS, PA.
Dr. Rohini Bajaj has always had a passion for kids. She was born and raised in Oklahoma City. She graduated from Washington University in St. Louis receiving a double major in Spanish and Biology. She then moved back to Oklahoma and attended Oklahoma University College of Dentistry where she met her husband. After graduating with her DDS degree in 2002 she did a 1 year residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City to gain more experience with medically compromised patients and perform hospital dentistry on older handicapped teens and adults. After relocating to the DFW area in 2003, her husband began his dental practice in Euless while she spent 1 year completing a pediatric fellowship at Children Medical Center of Dallas. Dr. Ro started her practice in Southlake in November of 2004.
Dr. Rohini Bajaj is committed to providing excellence in dentistry. She uses the latest in dentistry techniques to provide your child with a beautiful and healthy smile. Dr. Ro strongly believes in education to prevent oral health problems, and makes sure her patients and parents are fully informed about their dental health.
When not working she enjoys baking, running, and traveling with her husband and their 3 children.
Our Team
Charla Kennedy
Charla joined our team in August 2007 as a dental assistant and is now our Office Manager. She is a great asset to our practice because she is always smiling making every experience for the patient and parent a great one. Charla and her husband Cody are proud parents of three handsome boys; Robert, Carson & Ayden. Outside the office Charla is a devoted wife and mother and loves spending time with her family. Charla's compassionate heart brings much warmth to our practice!
Taylor Wilson
Taylor joined our team in February 2015. She enjoys working with children. Taylor is devoted to making every child comfortable and making their experience an enjoyable one. Taylor is married to her sweet heart Kolton, both are proud parents of their daughter Piper Ann. Outside of work Taylor enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family. Going to work every day is a new experience and another opportunity to ensure her patients feel comfortable and leave happy. Having Taylor's youthful and joyful personality has brought many smiles to our practice!
Kadie Davenport
Kadie is our Hygienists and joined our team in December 2017. She grew up in northern Oklahoma, until she moved to Texas where she attended and received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. She then continued her education in Dental Hygiene at Texas Woman's University. She enjoys getting to know each patient and their families while providing thorough oral care as they continue to grow in our practice. On her off time, Kadie likes spending time with her husband, Ryan and their two children, Gage and Drew. She enjoys traveling, arts and crafts, and spending time outdoors.

Elizabeth Sanchez
Elizabeth is our newest dental assistant. She joined our team in March 2021. Elizabeth is currently working to fulfill her goal of becoming a dental hygienist. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors and working out at the gym. She also adds to our team as she is Bilingual in Spanish and English.
